How it got its name.Wow the story behind the name is they had a boat.  they used a rama witch is a light to see where they were going. rere means runing. and the water was runing stream through the creak. hope u like what i showed u andif u did not know that its good.

Today we have been trying to rack up information about Taumarere and there are things that I did not know and until this day and. Nga Rau Rangatira and Nga Rau Puawai have been collaborating to solve our work about the history of Taumarere and we have found out heaps of things that some of us were from and it was fun.
